Helping children become responsible adults

Financed totally by voluntary contributions and income earned from its carefully managed and controlled investments, the Fund is supported by dedicated voluntary workers, professional and honorary legal, investment and medical advisers, and a small salaried staff.

In addition, it is strongly supported by a number of auxiliaries, namely:

• Region Four Auxiliary (Newcastle)
• Region Ten Auxiliary (Australian Capital Territory)

These auxiliaries greatly help the Fund in raising and collection of funds by holding functions and appeals for donations in cash or any other form.

As well as assisting in the investigation of applicants' circumstances and referring them to the Committee, they also maintain a constant interest in caring for the welfare of needy youth and, when necessary, help with finding suitable vocational positions for them.
