Specific Bequest - For use when leaving a specific sum of money (Pecuniary Legacy)

I give and bequeath to the Masonic Youth Welfare Fund of NSW & ACT for its general purposes the sum of $______________ free of State Death Duty, Federal Estate Duty and any other like duties, and I direct that the receipt of the Treasurer for the time being of the Fund, or other proper officer of that Fund, shall be a good and sufficient discharge to my Executors therefore.

Residuary Bequest - For use when leaving the balance of your Estate

I give and bequeath to the Masonic Youth Welfare Fund of NSW & ACT the rest and residue of my Estate free of State Death Duty, Federal Estate Duty and any other like duties, and I direct that the receipt of the Treasurer for the time being of the Fund, or other proper officer of that Fund, shall be a good and sufficient discharge to my Executors therefore.

Codicil

You can include the Masonic Youth Welfare Fund in your Will by adding a codicil which is a supplementary document containing the altered clause or clauses. Recommended for minor changes only, it must be witnessed in the same way as your original Will.
